1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and 34jl ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the 34jl website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, placing bets, or using any of our services, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations;
• You meet all eligibility requirements specified in Section 2;
• You will comply with all rules, policies, and guidelines referenced herein;

If you do not agree to these Terms, or if you do not meet the eligibility requirements, you are not authorized to use the 34jl Platform and must immediately discontinue all access and use.

2. Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register, access, or use the 34jl Platform. This age requirement complies with Philippine laws and regulations governing online gambling activities, including those established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By registering, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The 34jl Platform is intended for users located in the Republic of the Philippines. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted are solely responsible for compliance with local laws. We reserve the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at our sole discretion.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from forming binding contracts. You are not acting on behalf of any third party and are playing with your own funds.

2.4 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are prohibited from using the Platform:

• Individuals under the age of 21;

• Persons who have previously been excluded or banned from our Platform;

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Account Creation

To access the gaming services offered by 34jl, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You agree that all information provided during registration and at any time thereafter is truthful and accurate.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using aliases, is strictly prohibited. If we discover that you have opened more than one account, we reserve the right to:

• Close all duplicate accounts immediately;
• Void all transactions made from duplicate accounts;
• Confiscate any winnings derived from duplicate account activity;
• Permanently ban you from the Platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Create a strong, unique password and keep it confidential;

34jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

You must keep your account information current and accurate. Any changes to your personal details, including email address, phone number, or residential address, must be updated promptly through your account settings or by contacting customer support.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

34jl accepts deposits through various payment methods convenient for Filipino players, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers from major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Unionbank), and other approved e-wallet services. All deposits must be made from accounts registered in your own name.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Deposits are typically processed instantly or within a few minutes, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. We do not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.

4.3 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

All deposits must originate from payment accounts or financial instruments registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party sources, joint accounts where you are not the primary account holder, or anonymous payment methods are strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

34jl complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) laws and regulations. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction or account, request source-of-funds documentation, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Procedures

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to these Terms. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. If the original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawals, alternative arrangements will be made.

5.2 Verification Requirements

Before processing any withdrawal, 34jl reserves the right to verify your identity, age, and address by requesting documentation such as government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until verification is complete.

5.3 Processing Times and Limits

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• E-wallets (GCash, PayMaya): 24 hours
• Bank transfers: 1-3 business days
• Other methods: 3-5 business days

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed during the withdrawal process. We reserve the right to impose monthly withdrawal limits at our discretion.

5.4 Wagering Requirements

Deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time at minimum odds before withdrawal. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and applies to all deposits regardless of whether bonuses were claimed. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in Section 7.

5.5 Withdrawal Cancellation

We will make reasonable efforts to rectify errors, but we are not liable for losses resulting from malfunctions.

Sports betting is subject to specific rules including:

• All bets are final once placed and cannot be cancelled;
• We reserve the right to void bets placed on events with obvious errors in odds;
• Bets on postponed or cancelled events will be voided unless otherwise stated;

6.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

7. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

These terms are displayed with each promotion and must be read carefully before claiming any bonus.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The wagering requirement indicates how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires ₱30,000 in total wagers.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works;
• Use the Platform for commercial purposes;

9.3 Trademark Protection

The 34jl name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks owned by the Company. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited and may violate trademark laws.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions;
• Fraudulent activity or suspected illegal conduct;
• Failure to provide requested verification documents;
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other players;
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of system errors;
• Extended periods of account inactivity.

10.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We will process any pending withdrawals of legitimate funds, but reserve the right to withhold funds obtained through violations of these Terms. Bonuses and promotional funds will be forfeited upon account closure.

10.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all funds from your account, as we do not maintain closed accounts with balances.

11. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

11.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 34jl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the Platform;
• Unauthorized access to your account or personal information;
• Technical failures, including server downtime or data loss;
• Errors in game results or bet settlements;
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the Platform.

Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11.3 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorist acts, government actions, internet failures, or acts of God.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal procedures may be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration laws. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines.

13. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

13.1 Right to Modify

34jl reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13.2 Notification of Changes

While we are not obligated to notify you of changes, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant modifications through email notifications or prominent notices on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

13.3 Material Changes

In the event of material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, we will provide at least seven (7) days' notice before such changes take effect. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
